My one-on-one training sessions are about you...

... your desires, your needs, your abilities, your goals. Together, with the information you provide in your initial free consultation, I will develop an exercise program around your capabilities & exercise history. Whether you have never exercised before, or you just want to enhance your existing workout, I will take the time to make sure you feel completely comfortable and motiv8ted to get started.

Once a client, you'll receive your own Shore2Motiv8 packet containing information pertaining to your particular program along with a free Shore2Motiv8 T-shirt.
When training with me, whether you are in the gym, on location, virtual, or at your home, your personalized program will continue to be fresh, fun, and provide you with the latest innov8tive exercise routines and inform8tion. My respect for fitness keeps me committed to staying on top of the latest developments in the industry and enables me to engage with you in a variety of new and forever changing fitness workouts.
