DANCE & TONE Active Aging Movement
This is for all you PRIME-TIMERS who are looking for a one-hour aerobics class designed especially for you. Just because you are a part of the older adult community, doesn't mean you can't still have fun while exercising Shake to all eras of music, shape to different games, drills & exercises that focus on hand-eye coordination, balance, strength & memory. There is no reason to stop being active, especially when I will teach you to be a kid again!!!!
IT ZONE Interval Training Circuit
Enter the INTERVAL TRAINING ZONE! 6 stations---1-minute play, 10 second recovery, 2 rounds--- that's a 12-minute HITT. Also, add in 2 rounds of Tabatas. Play with all types of exercise toys, and be prepared to perform some functional drills. You'll be done with this workout in less than 60 minutes. Shore2motiv8 every level of fitness.
METCON Metabolic Conditioning
Time to RAMP it up! A blast of various movements consisting of: Circuits, Tababats, Timed HITT's, Kettle Bells, Jump Ropes, and multiple pieces of equipment. This session can run from a 1/2-hour to an hour of time, depending on the intensity.

SIMPLE STRETCH 1/2-hour Fascia Release & Stretch
This 1/2 hour session consists of softening your fascia tissue and gently stretching your muscles to help your body regain range of motion and joint mobility. It's geared towards the fitness enthusiast who does not take time out to stretch after every workout. Using foam rollers, bands, and a delicate ball, you'll begin to release stiffness and tightness throughout your body, while enjoying relaxing music.
TRX 1/2-hour Suspension Training
A 1/2-hour of TRX Suspension Training. Developed by Navy Seals, the TRX gives you a complete full body workout, focusing on core stability using your own body weight. It's applicable to all fitness levels. COME HANG WITH ME!
WHEELS & WEIGHTS Spin & Conditioning
Putting a "Spin" on a conditioning class. A one-hour Metabolic Conditioning class that will focus on your cardio, endurance & strength. Engage in this session starting with a 1/2-hour Ride, then going to the Fit Floor for a Total Body Workout.
In addition, join us every LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH for a Ride and Circuit session. This is pure fun! Engage in a 1/2-hour Spin and a 1/2-hour 6-station circuit. WE RIDE-WE PUMP-WE ACCOMPLISH!!
