A 1/2 hour SIMPLE STRETCH SESSION to help your body gain more mobility. This class is geared towards the fitness enthusiast who does not take time out to stretch after every workout. Only a half hour of your time, you will perform basic stretches, while enjoying easy listening music.

This is for all you PRIME-TIMERS who are looking for a one hour aerobics class designed especially for you. Just because you are part of the older adult community, does not mean you can't still have fun while exercising. Shake to all eras of music that is geared to your age group & specific needs. Shape to different games, drills & exercises that focus on hand-eye coordination, balance,strength & memory. A 1/2 hour of TRX SuspensionTraining. Developed by Navy Seals, the TRX, gives you a complete full body workout, focusing on core stability. It also developes physical strength while using functional movements. It is applicable to all fitness levels. COME HANG WITH ME!

Putting a "spin" on an interval class. A one hour aerobic class that will focus on your cardio, endurance & strength. Engage in an interval session between the spin bike & upper body/core conditioning. Put your body and mind to the challenge of interchanging from cardiovascular exercise on the bike, to strength and core work on the floor.
